动压区域巷道锚注联合支护技术在新窑煤矿的应用

    Application of Bolt-grouting Combined Support Technology in Dynamic Pressure Roadway of Xinyao Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为解决单翼开采时,相邻回采工作面形成的采动应力场对下部掘进巷道围岩造成的破坏性变形问题,以新窑煤矿公司5502回风巷为研究对象,分析发现,相邻的回采工作面产生的采动压力传递到5502回风巷,致使5502回风巷围岩松散破碎,大大降低巷道围岩的承压能力,同时巷道围岩发生较大变形。据此提出采用锚注联合支护技术,对掘进巷道围岩进行“控固、提刚、改性”,在提高巷道支护强度的同时将巷道松散围岩用水泥浆液胶结为一个整体,提高巷道围岩自身的承压能力。结果表明:采用锚注联合支护技术后,巷道变形量得到有效控制,胶结后的围岩较完整,承压能力强,保证了巷道的安全生产。

       

      Abstract: To solve the destructive deformation of the lower excavation of the surrounding rock of the roadway caused by the mining stress field formed by the adjacent mining face in the single-wing mining, the 5502 return airway of Xinyao Coal Mine is taken as the research object of this paper. The mining pressure generated by the adjacent mining face is transferred to 5502 return airway, which results in the loose broken surrounding rock in the 5502 return airway and greatly reduces the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of the roadway and causes the deformation of the surrounding rock. On these grounds, this paper suggests the application of bolt-grouting combined support technology to solidify, reinforce and modify the surrounding rock of the roadway, and to improve the supporting strength of the roadway while the loose broken surrounding rock of the roadway is cemented as a whole by using cement grouts, so as to improve the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of the roadway. The results show that after the application of bolt-grouting combined support technology, the roadway deformation is effectively controlled; the surrounding rock is more complete and with higher bearing capacity after cementing, which ensures the safe production of roadway.
