Abstract:
To solve the destructive deformation of the lower excavation of the surrounding rock of the roadway caused by the mining stress field formed by the adjacent mining face in the single-wing mining, the 5502 return airway of Xinyao Coal Mine is taken as the research object of this paper. The mining pressure generated by the adjacent mining face is transferred to 5502 return airway, which results in the loose broken surrounding rock in the 5502 return airway and greatly reduces the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of the roadway and causes the deformation of the surrounding rock. On these grounds, this paper suggests the application of bolt-grouting combined support technology to solidify, reinforce and modify the surrounding rock of the roadway, and to improve the supporting strength of the roadway while the loose broken surrounding rock of the roadway is cemented as a whole by using cement grouts, so as to improve the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of the roadway. The results show that after the application of bolt-grouting combined support technology, the roadway deformation is effectively controlled; the surrounding rock is more complete and with higher bearing capacity after cementing, which ensures the safe production of roadway.
