Abstract:
For the problems of small flowing rate and low rate of dust removal efficiency in single mechanism wet dust collector, combining the structures and characteristics of water-bath dust collector, filler dust collector and vibration fiber grid dust collector, we improved it in three aspects including core components, functional components and partial structures to design out an efficiently composite wet dust removal device which sets water bath, filler, jet pump, vibration fiber grid in a body, and especially applies to the dust collecting of coal mining comprehensive mechanized heading face.
