Abstract:
In order to solve the difficult problem of control for strong floor heave under the influence of dynamic pressure of hard roof and large span coal roadway in Wuyang Coal Mine, the characteristics and the mechanism of the floor heave of the dynamic pressure roadway are analyzed theoretically. The cooperative control technology of hard roof pre-splitting pressure relief, optimizing coal pillar width, roadway grouting and floor reinforcement is presented. The numerical simulation and field measurement show that the hardened roof pre-cracking pressure and the optimization of the coal pillar width make the roadway in a low stress environment. The roadway grouting and the floor reinforcement can improve the resistance of the roadway, and the cooperation between stress environment and strength in roadway and surrounding rock is realized. The stability of the roadway is 167 mm, the roof sinking amount is 116 mm, the deformation of roadway two sides is 141.5 mm, and the comprehensive control technology effectively controls the roadway bottom drum.
