Abstract:
In the process of grouting reinforcement for argillaceous rock mass, the rheological phenomenon of broken argillaceous rock mass, such as inflation and soften, increases the instability ability of roadway surrounding rock and increases the difficulty of roadway maintenance because of the slurry bleeding. So, based on the water physical and chemical properties of argillaceous rock mass, through experiment study on bleeding laws of cement slurry under different water-cement ratios, the reasonable water-cement ratio of the slurry for the grouting is preselected. By making grouting and cementing specimens of cracked mudstones, the uniaxial compressive strength of different ages was determined and the weakening effect of the slurry bleeding ratio on the crushing mudstone was studied to select the best grouting cement ratio.
