Abstract:
To clarify the physical properties change of clay coaly mudstone under electrochemical action, taking the remolded samples of argillaceous rock from the Cenozoic coal measure strata as the object, we researched the change of electric current and its reduction rate of the samples under the direct current fields, the difference of electric resistivity and uniaxial compressive strength (UCS) of rock samples from different zones, and the effect laws with the different electrode materials. Results showed that under the direct current field, the electric current value of the sample reduced sharply at the beginning, and then reduced steadily with the increasing of treatment time. But there were obvious differences on the decrease tendency and reduction rate with the different electrode materials; electric resistivity and UCS of rock remolded sample increased from cathode to anode, and the effect of copper electrode for this tendency was most obvious, then the steel electrode, and the effect of the aluminum electrode was worst.
