贵州煤矿煤与瓦斯突出防治技术体系研究

Study on Technical System of Coal and Gas Outburst Prevention and Control in Guizhou Coal Mines

  • 摘要: 贵州煤层赋存条件复杂,中小型煤矿众多,防突技术体系中存在问题,针对其突出煤层群保护层难以选择、专用瓦斯抽采巷层位布置不科学、预测预报指标不敏感、防突装备合理配备等问题进行了研究。利用构建的煤层突出危险程度评价模型对贵州典型含煤构造单元的突出危险性进行排序,并利用构建的保护层选择方法对其合理保护层进行了推荐;建立贵州突出矿井专用瓦斯抽采巷层位布置原则,并对典型含煤构造单元的合理层位进行了推荐。根据“三率”分析和基于突出危险性的指标敏感性分析,安顺、黔西南和六盘水地区敏感指标为K1,遵义和毕节地区敏感指标为△h2;建议毕节地区增加软分层作为预测指标。结合矿井防突实际需求,对防突装备进行了推荐。
    Abstract: There are some problems in technical system of controlling coal and gas outburst in Guizhou coal mines because the coal seam occurrence condition is complex and the type of coal mine is small scale. The problems that it is difficult to select the protective layer of the coal seams all of which have outburst risk, the position of special gas drainage lane is not scientific, the sensitivity of the forecast indexes and the equipment should be equipped are studied in this paper. Using the constructed coal seam outburst risk level evaluation model, we sorted out the outburst risk of typical coal-bearing structural units in Guizhou province, and recommend the reasonable protection layer by the constructed protective layer selection method. The principle of layer layout of gas drainage lane in Guizhou outburst mines is established, and the reasonable layer of typical coal bearing structure unit is recommended. The sensitive index of coal mine in Anshun, southwestern Guizhou and Liupanshui area is K1, and Zunyi and Bijie area is △h2. Soft layer index should be increased in Bijie area. Combined with the actual needs of the mine, the equipment for preventing outburst is recommended.
