Abstract:
According to the statistical analysis, accidents resulting from unsafe acts accounted for more than 90 percent of total accidents. In order to prevent and control the unsafe behavior of the employees of coal mining enterprises and reduce the major coal mine accidents,this paper, respectively from the internal and external two aspects, analyzed the influencing factors of employees unsafe behavior. According to the analysis results, a series of measures, including revising unsafe behavior standards and investigation indicators, unifying assessment and punishment method, blending in “sentient beings management” elements, carring out the“pledge” management system and linking to economic benefit, are built for employee unsafe behavior control and management system. Through the above measures, the mine safety management is effectively improved, which greatly reduces the detected rate of incomplete behavior and ensures the mine safety production.
