Abstract:
From the basic management status of coal enterprises, through analyzing the current situation of basic level organizations of enterprise and the existing problems, this article analyzes and proposes measures of the construction of “three horizontal and five vertical” management system, creating a building mode of “12335” team, setting up five-type management level, using ABC three-level evaluation and other initiatives to implement, improve employees work enthusiasm, improve the responsibility of management personnel of all levels in accordance with the classification management, rating assessment and duty fulfillment to ultimately improve the execution and centripetal force of team to achieve the expected goal of enhancing coal enterprise competitiveness.
