安全承诺对矿工安全行为的影响

    Impact of Safety Commitment on Miners’ Safety Behavior

    • 摘要: 为探索煤矿行业安全承诺对矿工安全行为的影响及其作用机制,提出包含安全承诺、安全认知、组织管理和安全行为的有调节的中介模型。以1 282名煤矿工人为样本,采用层次回归方法进行实证研究。结果表明:安全承诺对矿工安全认知、安全行为有显著的正向影响;安全认知在安全承诺和安全行为之间起中介作用;组织管理在安全认知与安全行为之间起调节作用,应强化安全认知在安全承诺与安全行为间的中介作用。

       

      Abstract: To study the impact of safety commitment on the miners’ safety behavior of coal mine enterprises, a model was built for analyzing the relationship among safety commitment, safety perception, organization management and individual safety behavior. Data collected from a field survey of 1 282 miners was used to verify the moderated mediating model by using hierarchical regression analysis. The results show that: safety commitment has a positive effect on the miners’ safety perception and behavior; safety perception has intermediary effect between safety commitment and safety behavior; organization management has moderating effect between safety perception and safety behavior, it reinforces the mediating effect between safety perception and safety behavior.
