Abstract:
To study the impact of safety commitment on the miners’ safety behavior of coal mine enterprises, a model was built for analyzing the relationship among safety commitment, safety perception, organization management and individual safety behavior. Data collected from a field survey of 1 282 miners was used to verify the moderated mediating model by using hierarchical regression analysis. The results show that: safety commitment has a positive effect on the miners’ safety perception and behavior; safety perception has intermediary effect between safety commitment and safety behavior; organization management has moderating effect between safety perception and safety behavior, it reinforces the mediating effect between safety perception and safety behavior.
