陇东煤田千米深井热害特性及资源化利用技术

    Heat-harm Analysis of 1 000 m Deep Mine in Longdong Coalfield and Resourceful Utilization Technology

    • 摘要: 基于陇东煤田厚黄土层下千米深井热害环境地质特点,分析了陇东煤田热害受围岩散热、空气自压缩升温、顶板承压裂隙水散热、全煤巷开采生产过程产热的典型特征,创新性地提出了热害防治及资源化利用技术模式:HEMS降温技术模式、瓦斯发电及热电冷联供系统降温模式、地面埋管式井下集中制冷降温模式、矿井人工制冰降温技术模式、蒸发冷却深井降温模式及地层储冷技术。

       

      Abstract: This paper described the characteristics of environmental geology in Longdong 1 000 m deep mine under the thick loess layer and analyzed the thermal damage characteristics by surrounding rock, heat production from the compressed air, the roof pressure fissure water cooling, heat production in full coal roadway mining, proposed the innovation technology of thermal damage control and resource utilization:the HEMS cooling technology model, gas power generation and CCHP system cooling model, underground centralized cooling model by ground buried pipe type, the artificial ice cooling technology model in mine, evaporative cooling and storage technology model.
