基于LabVIEW的液压支架监控系统通信方法

    Communication Method of Hydraulic Support Monitoring System Based on LabVIEW

    • 摘要: 针对综采工作面液压支架监控系统结构复杂、通信冗余性差的问题,根据LabVIEW软件的串口配置和双RS485结构,提出了一种基于LabVIEW软件的液压支架监控系统通信方法。该方法通过设置LabVIEW串口配置中奇偶校验位为0校验和1校验,与RS485总线模式下的数据帧和地址帧匹配,实现基于LabVIEW的多机通信。该方法采用基于LabVIEW的双总线设计方案,利用双总线通信线路的切换实现了通信系统故障的自动诊断和故障段的自动隔离等功能,提高了通信系统的可靠性和冗余性,适应于工业现场的监测和控制系统。

       

      Abstract: In view of the complex structure and poor communication redundancy of hydraulic support control system in fully mechanized coal mining face, a communication method of hydraulic support monitoring system based on LabVIEW is designed by serial port configuration and dual RS485 structure based on LabVIEW. This method realizes the matching of data frame and address frame in the RS485 bus pattern by setting the parity check bits in the LabVIEW serial port configuration for 0 or 1. This method adopts double bus design based on LabVIEW, achieves the automatic isolation function of the automatic communication system fault diagnosis and fault section by switching the dual bus communication, improves the reliability and redundancy of communication system, and this method is suitable for industrial field monitoring and control system.
