Abstract:
In view of the complex structure and poor communication redundancy of hydraulic support control system in fully mechanized coal mining face, a communication method of hydraulic support monitoring system based on LabVIEW is designed by serial port configuration and dual RS485 structure based on LabVIEW. This method realizes the matching of data frame and address frame in the RS485 bus pattern by setting the parity check bits in the LabVIEW serial port configuration for 0 or 1. This method adopts double bus design based on LabVIEW, achieves the automatic isolation function of the automatic communication system fault diagnosis and fault section by switching the dual bus communication, improves the reliability and redundancy of communication system, and this method is suitable for industrial field monitoring and control system.
