喷淋水浴除尘器结构优化及性能分析

    Structure Improvement and Performance Analysis of Spray and Immersion Dust Collector

    • 摘要: 开发了一种矿用喷淋水浴除尘器,利用CFX软件对不同进气结构时其内部流场进行数值模拟;结果表明,侧向进气时,喷淋水浴除尘器流场分布不均匀,洗气管出口气体流量标准差为1.39;顶部进气时,除尘器内部气流分布较均匀,标准差为0.20。另外,对不同进气方式时除尘器性能进行对比试验研究,结果表明,顶部进气、未喷淋时出口粉尘浓度明显低于侧向进气,在喷淋状态下,当处理风量为1 000 m3/h,水位高度为0 mm时,出口粉尘浓度仅为3.80 mg/m3,除尘效率为99.62%。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of narrow space and serious coal dust pollution, a spray and immersion dust collector was proposed. Numerical simulation of gas phase flow for different inlet structures in spray and immersion dust collector was carried out by CFX software, and the results show that the flow field distribution was uneven in the lateral inlet structure, and the standard deviation of gas mass flow of tube outlet was 1.39; the flow field was well-distributed in the top inlet structure, and the standard deviation of gas mass flow of tube outlet was 0.20. In addition, comparative experimental study on the dust collecting properties was done, the results indicate that the emission concentration of top inlet structure was lower than that of the lateral inlet structure under the condition of no spraying, and the emission concentration of top inlet structure was only 3.80 mg/m3, and the collection efficiency was 99.62% when airflow was 1 000 m3/h, height of water level was 0 mm under the condition of spraying.
