隔爆外壳中锂离子蓄电池安全性能测试

    Test on Safety Performance of Lithium Ion Batteries in Flameproof Enclosure

    • 摘要: 矿用便携式设备电池经本安处理选择合适的保护方式可以达到电池组件的防爆安全要求,以具有代表性的锂电池为例,阐述在封闭的爆炸性环境中单体锂电池过充、短路、2块电池并联过充及外部爆炸等情况下,对电池本身是否爆炸、是否能引起周围爆炸性环境的爆炸进行研究,实时监测试验过程中隔爆外壳泄压阀打开及关闭2种情况下的压力和温度变化情况。研究证明,锂电池自身爆炸压力巨大,并且温升较高,具有一定的危险性。

       

      Abstract: The battery of mine-used portable equipment selecting suitable protection mode after the treatment of intrinsically safe can meet the safety requirements of battery components. In this paper, using a typical lithium battery as an example, in an explosive environment of single lithium battery overcharge, short circuit, two battery parallel connection test and external explosion case, whether the battery itself is explosion or can cause environmental explosion around the explosion is found. Real time monitoring test of pressure and temperature changes in the two cases of the opening and closing of the pressure relief valve in the explosion protection box is provided. Studies show that the lithium battery itself has a huge explosion pressure and temperature rise is high with a certain risk.
