采掘相向沿空掘巷平衡支护技术研究与应用
Research and Application of Balance Supporting Technology for Gob-side Entry Driving with Opposite Mining Direction

摘要: 针对采掘相向条件下沿空掘巷受上工作面采动影响的问题,提出了沿空掘巷平衡支护技术。运用理论力学和数值模拟方法分析巷道围岩的受力与变形,并将3种设计支护方案进行对比分析。结果表明:超前支撑压力和侧向支撑压力在巷道沿空侧应力集中明显;在顶板支护强度相同的条件下,适当减小帮部锚杆间距能够减小两帮移近量;适当增大沿空帮的支护强度,能够促进巷道整体的平衡。针对该支护系统,在实际推广应用中应进一步加大帮部支护强度。Abstract: For the problem of gob-side entry driving affected by upper working face under the condition of opposite mining direction, the balance supporting technology for gob-side entry driving is proposed. The mechanics and numerical simulation method are used to analyze the stress and deformation of roadway surrounding rock, and the three design support schemes are analyzed. The results show that the stress of the support pressure and lateral support pressure are obviously concentrated along the side of roadway goaf. Under the same condition of the roof support strength, properly reducing the distance between anchor bolts can reduce the displacement of two-side of the roadway; properly increasing the support strength of the lanway’s side along the goaf can promote the overall balance of the roadway. For the support system, the support strength of lanway’s side is further strengthened in the practical application.
