大采高回采巷道刚柔联合注浆支护技术
Technology of Rigid and Soft Joint Grouting Support for Large Mining Height Roadway

摘要: 针对大采高回采巷道的断面较大、矿压显现剧烈、采掘干扰较强、围岩变形大且破坏严重难于维护的问题,以潞安集团王庄矿8101工作面大采高回采巷道为工程背景,分析了巷道围岩控制机理,提出了刚柔联合注浆支护方案,并运用有限差分软件FLAC3D模拟了有关支护参数对巷道围岩稳定性控制的影响。结果表明:通过对顶板进行刚柔联合注浆支护处理,使得巷道塑性区的范围有明显减少;顶底板移近量与两帮相对移近量得到控制,保证了巷道的稳定性。Abstract: For the problems of larger section, intense strata behaviors, strong mining disturbance, large deformation and serious damage and difficult to support of surrounding rock with large mining height, taking mining roadway in Lu’an Group Wangzhuang Mine 8101 working face with large mining height as engineering background, we analyze the mechanism of roadway surrounding rock control, propose rigid and soft joint grouting support scheme, and use finite difference software FLAC3D to simulate the various supporting parameters impacting on the stability control of surrounding rock of roadway. Simulation results show that: through the rigid and soft joint grouting support in roof, the range of plastic zone of roadway is decreased significantly; the convergence of roof and floor, and the relative displacement of both sides are under controlled, which ensures the stability of the roadway.
