矸石膏体充填材料配比优化

    Mixture Ratio Optimization of Mine Gangue Paste Filling Materials

    • 摘要: 为了合理确定岱庄矿矸石膏体充填材料的合理配比,采用均匀设计方法开展了28组实验,研究粉煤灰、水泥、矸石的不同配比对膏体坍落度、分层度、泌水率、充填体早期强度和长期强度的影响规律。基于关键层理论提出了充填体长期强度的计算公式,并采用Matlab软件拟合出了矸石膏体充填最优配比,即粉煤灰∶水泥为3.2、矸石∶水泥为4.5、料浆质量浓度为75.3%。该条件下对应的充填性能参数分别为:坍落度184.44 mm、分层度13.87 mm、泌水率1.48%、充填体早期强度0.16 MPa、充填体长期强度3.89 MPa,与实验结果基本吻合。

       

      Abstract: To optimize the mixture ratio of gangue paste filling for Daizhuang Coal Mine, firstly, 28 groups of experiments were carried out by using uniform design to study the influence of different mixture ratio on slump, layering degree, bleeding rate, early strength and long term strength of paste. Then, a calculation formula for the long term strength of paste was proposed according to the theory of key strata. Moreover, the filling performance parameters were fitted by Matlab software. At last, the optimal mixture ratio is that the ratio of fly ash to cement is 3.2, the ratio of broken gangue to cement is 4.5 and slurry concentration of paste is 75.3%. Under these conditions, the results of filling performance parameters are slump of 184.44 mm, layering degree of 13.87 mm, bleeding rate of 1.48 mm, 0.16 MPa and 3.89 MPa of early strength and long term strength of paste respectively, which are agreement with the experimental results.
