深井倾斜煤层穿层巷道应力分布及非对称变形规律

    Study on Stress Distribution and Asymmetric Deformation Law of Crossing Layer Roadway in Inclined Coal Seam with Large Depth

    • 摘要: 随着开采深度增加,受高地应力影响,倾斜煤层穿层巷道非对称变形问题更加显著。为解决非对称变形巷道的支护难题,针对典型巷道,采用理论计算、现场观测和数值模拟等方法对该类巷道的应力分布和非对称变形规律进行研究,得出以下结论:倾斜煤层穿层巷道应力集中具有沿层分布的特点;非对称变形规律受煤层倾角的全局影响作用和围岩岩性差异的局部影响作用;巷道支护应该以“4个关键”为基础,采用非等强支护方案。通过现场实践过程中巷道围岩位移量的观测,证明了理论的适用性,为相似巷道支护提供依据。

       

      Abstract: With the increase of mining depth, asymmetric deformation of crossing layer roadway in inclined coal seam is more obvious. This paper selects a typical roadway as the research object. The stress distribution law and asymmetric deformation of this kind of roadway are analyzed by theoretical calculation, field observation and numerical simulation. Through above analysis and simulation, it is concluded that the stress concentration in the inclined coal seam has the characteristic of distribution along the layer. It is summarized that the asymmetric deformation is affected by the global effect of the dip angle and the local influence of the lithological difference. The roadway support should use non-equal strong support according to the “four key principles”. The observation of the deformation law of the surrounding rock proves the applicability of the theory.
