Overlying Rock Movement Law of Double Hard Roof Working Face in Majialiang Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 以麻家梁煤矿14201双层坚硬顶板工作面为例,进行相似模拟实验和矿压观测,得到了上位坚硬顶板的初次来压步距为106 m,周期来压步距为50~60 m,下位坚硬顶板的初次来压步距为60 m,周期来压步距为20~25 m,发现双硬顶板破断失稳整体呈现“下位短悬臂梁与上位长砌体梁”结构,垮落方式分为下位坚硬顶板单层垮落和上、下位坚硬顶板的同步垮落2种;下位坚硬顶板垮落形成“小周期来压”;上位坚硬顶板垮落给采场及巷道围岩造成较为剧烈的影响,形成“大周期来压”。
    Abstract: Taking 14201 double-decked hard roof working face in Majialiang Coal Mine as an example, the similar simulation experiment and ground pressure observation are carried out. The first pressure step of the upper hard roof is 106 m, the periodic weighting is 50 m to 60 m, the first pressure step of the lower hard roof is 60 m, the periodic weighting is 20 m to 25 m. It is found that the failure behavior of the double-hard roof is presented as “the lower short cantilever beam and the upper long masonry beam” structure. The failure modes of the whole structure are the lower hard single roof collapse and the upper and lower hard roof collapse. The lower hard roof collapse forms “small periodic weighting”, and the upper hard roof collapse causes severe impact on stope and roadway rock and forms “big periodic weighting.”
