小风量对煤低温氧化产生气体的影响研究

    Study on the Effect of Small Airflow on Gas Production of Low Temperature Oxidation of Coal

    • 摘要: 为了明确小风量对煤自燃产生气体的影响,采用自制煤自燃程序升温实验装置,研究分析了不同小风量(1、2 mL/min及3 mL/min)条件下气体产生规律。结果表明:常温下氧浓度在13.08%时,煤样仍能够发生氧化;风量越小,氧浓度越低,CO气体浓度越高;工作面供风量减小,导致采空区出现CO气体浓度增大,停采时间越长,采空区CO气体浓度越大,但是并不能证明采空区温度有上升趋势。

       

      Abstract: In order to clarify the effect of small volume on the spontaneous combustion of coal, in this paper, the laws of gas generation under different airflow (1, 2 mL/ min and 3 mL / min) were studied. The results show that the coal sample can still be oxidized when the oxygen concentration is 13.08% at room temperature. The smaller the airflow, the lower the oxygen concentration, the higher the concentration of CO gas is. When the amount of air supply in the working face is reduced, the concentration of CO gas in the gob is high, and the longer the time is, the greater the concentration of CO gas in the gob, however, there is no proof that the temperature of goaf is rising.
