Abstract:
The operation rate of shearer comprehensively reflects the overall efficiency of production system in working face. The No.1125 fully mechanized top-caving face belongs to large dip angle “three soft” coal seam in Changshanzi Coal Mine. The working face has been moving extremely slowly for nearly four months since the early mining. For the purpose of improving the advancing speed and finding out the subjective and objective influencing factors of operation rate, by site monitoring the state of startup and shutdown of the shearer, we comprehensively analyze the failure factor affecting operation rate of the shearer. From strengthening the equipment maintenance, dealing with water leakage and parting, dirt band and strengthening the management of working face these three respects, we propose comprehensive countermeasures to improve the operation rate and achieve targeted quantitative management of No.1125 working face.
