Abstract:
During the shaft construction that the freezing method is used in western China, the shaft crosses the fractured mass, the freezing on fractured rock mass leads to the deformation and frost heaving pressure on cracks, which causes adverse effect to the stability of the strata and serious damage to the safety of the shaft construction. In this paper, based on the actual conditions of western China shafts and the use of ABAQUS finite element analysis software, the crack feature and the frost heaving of the fractured rock mass change rules were carried out by finite element analysis, and the function relationship between them was got.
