深部极软岩巷道稳定性及支护分析

    Stability and Support Analysis of the Deep Extremely Soft Roadway

    • 摘要: 随着煤炭浅部资源的慢慢枯竭,巷道开挖不断向深部发展,围岩破碎、软化日渐明显,巷道容易发生大变形、变形速度快、底拱严重等情况。通过采用钻孔摄像等仪器的测量及现场观测,总结了巷道严重失稳破坏的原因。基于这种情况,设计了一种新型"U"型棚-锚喷联合支护结构,通过主动与被动耦合的方法来阻止巷道失稳,得到了很好的支护效果。

       

      Abstract: With the coal resource in shallow mining area exhausting,the roadway excavated deeper and deeper continually,surrounding rock breaking and softening become more and more serious.Large deformation,fast speed deformation,inverted arch and so on appears constantly around the soft roadway.After the measurements with the borehole camera system,and spot observations,the fail mechanism of roadway is obtained.In view of this situation,a new union support method of U-shaped shed and anchor bolt spray is raised.It gets a good effect.
