深部煤层综采工作面切顶卸压沿空成巷技术

    Roof Pre-splitting Blasting and Pressure-relief for Goaf-side Entry Retaining Technology in Deep Fully Mechanized Mining Face

    • 摘要: 针对城郊煤矿深部煤层开采所带来的矿压显现剧烈、回采巷道围岩控制困难、采掘接续紧张等问题,研究了切顶卸压沿空成巷技术。结果表明,超前预裂沿空巷道顶板切断了顶板间的应力传递,顶板沿预裂面切落形成巷帮,破碎的岩石对顶板岩层起到支撑作用,改善了巷道围岩体应力分布。现场应用表明,顶板周期来压强度显著降低,避免了留设煤柱造成的资源损失和频繁修整巷道增加的支护成本,首次成功实现了深部煤层综采工作面切顶卸压沿空成巷。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problems during the mining of deep coal seams in Chengjiao Mine, such as the increasing mine pressure, the difficult control of roadway surrounding rock and the unsmooth mining alternation, this paper studied roof pre-splitting blasting and pressure-relief for goaf-side entry retaining technology. Results show that: roof pre-splitting blasting and pressure-relief for goaf-side entry retaining technology works as follow: pre-split the advance section of roof in the goaf-side entry and cut off the stress transfer between roof of roadway and that of goaf; the goaf roof cutting and crushing along the pre-splitting surface become a rib; then the crushed rock will support the roof, which plays a positive role in improving the stress distribution in the surrounding rock of roadway. Site application shows that: the technology can decrease periodic roof pressure, avoid resource loss caused by coal pillar and support cost caused by frequent roadway repairing; besides, roof pre-splitting blasting and pressure-relief for goaf-side entry retaining technology was first successfully realized in deep fully mechanized mining face.
