Abstract:
According to the special conditions in the deep and thick soft coal seam, the influence of different width of filling body beside the lane on the effect of gob-side entry retaining in the fully-mechanized top-coal caving mining was studied. In the engineering background of the wind lane in Wangzhuang Coal Mine 7101 working face, analog simulation experiments were done in the large scale test rig by selecting 11 different width of the backfilled wall from 2 m to 3 m. Through the analysis of the stress and displacement of each measuring point data, the width of filling body was determined to be 2.5 m with regard to the best effect of the left lane. Through the experiment analysis, the interaction between the filling body and the surrounding rock of the fully-mechanized top-coal caving mining coal roadway is divided into three stages: the early stage of the activity, the transition stage of the activity and the late stage of the activity.
