冲突管理对煤矿应急管理水平作用机制研究

  • 摘要: 为了深入探索影响煤矿应急管理水平的因素及其作用机制,从冲突管理的角度出发,选择山西省3家煤矿企业共230名矿工进行问卷调查,运用结构方程模型的方法,利用AMOS7.0软件建立冲突管理对煤矿应急管理水平作用机制的理论模型,选择执行力作为中介变量,探讨冲突管理、执行力与煤矿应急管理水平三者之间的作用机制。结果表明,冲突管理与执行力之间呈显著正相关关系,执行力与应急管理水平之间呈显著正相关关系,执行力是冲突管理与应急管理水平之间的中介变量,冲突管理通过执行力的中介作用影响煤矿应急管理水平。实践证明,提高冲突管理水平可以有效保证煤矿的应急管理水平。
    Abstract: In order to explore the influence factors and the mechanism of emergency management level of mine, from the point of conflict management, a questionnaire survey was completed by 230 coal miners in 3 mines in Shanxi province and structural equation modeling was used, the research model of mechanism of conflict management on emergency management level of mine was established based on AMOS7.0. Executive force was selected as intervening variable to study the mechanism of conflict management, executive force and emergency management level. The conclusion shows that conflict management is significantly positive interrelated with executive force. Executive force is significantly positive interrelated with emergency management level. Executive force acts as an intermediary role between conflict management and emergency management level and conflict management impact on emergency management level of mine under the influence of executive force. Practice implicates that improve the level of conflict management can effectively ensure the level of emergency management of coal mines.
