巷道断面对东胜矿区侏罗纪4#煤层掘进巷道稳定性的影响

    Influence of Tunnel Cross-section on Stability of Jurassic 4# Coal Seam Excavation Roadway in Dongsheng Mine

    • 摘要: 针对东胜矿区侏罗纪4#煤层掘进巷道在普通锚网索支护条件下需留顶、底煤以维护巷道稳定性等难题,以双欣煤矿414108工作面辅助运输巷为工程背景,综合运用理论分析、数值模拟及现场实测等方法,研究分析原断面方案下巷道围岩失稳冒落原因,确定了以断面形式计算合理的断面参数来解决掘进巷道冒落问题。结果表明:不同巷道断面的变形情况均表现为极速变化-缓慢变化-趋于平稳的变化过程,直墙半圆拱形巷道较原矩形巷道围岩变形量减小,在冒落区将巷道断面改为拱形断面可提高围岩的长期稳定性。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problem that the tunneling roadway in Dongsheng Mine Jurassic 4# coal seam needs to remain top and bottom coal to maintain stability of roadway under ordinary anchor net supporting condition, taking subsidiary transport gateway in Shuangxin Coal Mine 414108 working face as the engineering background, with the integrated use of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement method, we study and analyze the instability causes of roadway surrounding rock under the original tunnel cross-section, and determine that using section form to calculate reasonable section parameters to solve the problem of tunneling roadway caving. The results show that the deformation conditions of different sections present the change process of fast change - slow change - stable change; the deformation of straight wall semicircle arch is samaller than that of original rectangular roadway; changing roadway cross section to arch section in the caving zone can improve the long-term stability of surrounding rock.
