尾巷风量对"J”型通风工作面漏风及瓦斯分布的影响

    Effect of Air Volume in Tail Gateway on Air Leakage and Gas Distribution in “J” Type Ventilation Working Face

    • 摘要: 利用Fluent软件对王庄矿8103“J”型通风工作面在不同尾巷风量时的采空区漏风及瓦斯运移进行了数值模拟,得出了沿着工作面全长的漏风分布及采空区瓦斯分布,并分析了其随尾巷风量的变化规律。研究结果表明:总风量不变的情况下,不同尾巷风量时工作面均是全程向采空区漏风,在下隅角处漏风量最多。随着尾巷风量的增大,工作面漏入采空区的风量逐渐增大,其中在下隅角及回风巷处的增幅较大;高浓度瓦斯有向采空区深部移动的趋势。

       

      Abstract: Fluent software is used to carry out numerical simulation of air leakage and gas migration in goaf with different tail gateway’s air volume in 8103 “J”-type ventilation working face of Wangzhuang Coal Mine to obtain the distribution of air leakage along the whole length of working face and the gas distribution in goaf, whose variation laws with the tail gateway’s air volume are also analyzed. The results show that when the total air volume is constant, the whole airflow of different tail gateway’s air volume is leaked from working face to goaf, and air leakage in the lower corner is the most. With the increase of tail gateway’s air volume, the air leakage gradually increases, and the increase in lower corner and return airway area is larger; high concentration gas has a tendency of moving to the deep of the goaf.
