Abstract:
Taking the main haulage roadway of Ehuobulake No.2 Mine as engineering background, deformation characteristics and failure mechanism were summarized and analyzed with continuous field mine pressure monitoring and laboratory experiment. Based on this, a joint control scheme of yield-resistance stress supporting that included “first pressure yielding, secondary sealing, key reinforcement” is proposed, and the distribution laws of displacement, stress field and plastic zones of roadway surrounding rock using this joint control scheme or not were analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that the joint control scheme can not only control floor heave effectively, but also decrease the roof subsidence deformation and roadway walls convergence. The field monitoring data are consistent with the simulation results, which proves that this scheme get good control effect.
