Abstract:
To study the influence of explosion shock wave loaded on coal mine refuge facilities in different layout modes when gas and coal dust explosion is in underground coal mine. Taking refuge chamber as an example, under the condition of the same blast energy, shock wave loaded on chamber is simulated in typical layout modes including in the middle, the side, the side-expand, crossheading and exclusive underground chamber. Then, the load characteristics of different chamber face are analyzed. The simulation results show that the overpressure of left front side in side layout mode is slightly larger than that in the middle layout mode, while the other sides are basically the same; overpressure of front side in side-expand layout mode is effectively reduced, however, rear shock pressure will rise sharply in the incomplete expansion layout mode due to the tunnel wall reflection; overpressure of front side in exclusive underground chamber is significantly reduced, meanwhile, rear shock pressure increases gradually; the direction of shock wave loaded in the front side of chamber is changed from positive impact to lateral across in crossheading layout mode, which leads to the results that the overpressure of front side is greatly reduced, when the overpressure of other side is decreased to some extent. In short, crossheading layout mode is recommended when all the necessary conditions are in place.
