考虑多次冲击动载作用的深部煤巷支护参数优化

    Optimization of Supporting Parameters for Deep Coal Roadway Considering Repeated Impact Dynamic Load

    • 摘要: 针对高家堡煤矿42101措施巷受冲击动载影响导致围岩变形量大、巷道破坏严重的情况,通过锚杆工作阻力监测、理论分析及数值模拟等手段,结合巷道围岩现场变形破坏情况,分析了深部动载作用下煤巷围岩矿压显现特点及支护结构的支护效果。在此基础上,提出了相应的围岩控制对策及优化支护方案,并进行了考虑多次动载作用的不同支护方案下巷道围岩变形数值模拟计算,分析了优化方案的有效性及合理性。

       

      Abstract: For the situation of large amount of deformation of surrounding rock and serious tunnel damage at 42101 measure roadway of Gaojiabao Coal Mine affected by impact dynamic load, combined with the deformation and damage of roadway surrounding rock, the characteristics of deformation and fracture of surrounding rock and the supporting effect of supporting structure are analyzed by means of bolts(cable) working resistance monitoring, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods. Based on these, the control measures and supporting optimization schemes for surrounding rock were proposed. Numerical simulation for deformation of roadway surrounding rock under different support schemes and considering multiple dynamic load is carried out, and the validity and rationality of optimization scheme is analyzed.
