高温火区赋存下露天开采爆破及边坡稳定性研究

    Study on Blasting and Slope Stability of Open-pit Mining Under High Temperature Fire Occurrence Mode

    • 摘要: 为有效解决高温火区赋存下露天开采爆破及边坡稳定性问题,针对汝箕沟火区分布特点,提出了地表覆盖、钻孔注浆、剥离灭火的综合防灭火方案;采取“三段式”温度监控模式下“宽孔距,双排距”深孔松动微差爆破、PVC管间隔装药工艺,提高了爆破效果;按爆炸应力波理论、爆炸气体准静态理论确定钻孔裂隙圈半径、临界抵抗值、钻孔间距、装药最小埋深;采用霍克诺谟图法确定边坡帮坡角、稳定系数;针对边坡变形滑动,采取打锚索、挂网等增加滑动面摩擦力的抗滑措施,有效保证了边坡稳定性。

       

      Abstract: In order to effectively solve blasting and slope stability of open-pit mining under high temperature fire occurrence mode, we propose comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing scheme according to the characteristics of fire distribution. The scheme includes surface covering, drilling and grouting, stripping for fire extinguishing. We take “wide pitch-row, double row pitch” loose deep hole millisecond blasting under “three stages” temperature monitoring mode, PVC tube interval charging process to improve the blasting effect. According to the theory of explosive stress wave, explosive gas quasi-static theory, we determinate the fracture radius of the drilling, critical resistance value, borehole spacing, minimum charging depth. Using Hawk abas method, we determine slope angle, stability factor. Aiming at the slope deformation and sliding, taking the anti-sliding measures, like anchor cable, hanging nets to increase the friction of sliding surface, the stability of slope will be guaranteed effectively.
