基于轨迹控制的煤矿井下复合定向钻进工艺

    Composite Directional Drilling Technology for Underground Coal Mine Based on Trajectory Control

    • 摘要: 为了解决煤矿井下连续滑动定向钻进工艺在长孔施工中存在效率低、能力差的问题,提出了复合定向钻进工艺,并从轨迹控制角度进一步明确了复合定向钻进的含义、研究分析了其工艺特点,结合典型实例分析总结了复合定向钻进工艺的技术优势:能力强、效率高,应用结果表明:本煤层孔最大实钻孔深1 881 m、顶板岩层孔最大实钻孔深1 026 m、处理卡钻事故最大孔深1 188 m,平均机械钻进效率提高20%以上,综合钻进效率提高40%以上。煤矿井下复合定向钻进工艺革新了近水平孔轨迹控制模式,提升了井下本煤层深孔、超深孔和顶板大直径定向孔施工能力。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve low efficiency and poor ability problems of the continuous sliding directional drilling technology used in underground coal mine, the composite directional drilling technology is presented. Then, the meaning of composite directional drilling technology is clarified and its technical characteristics are analyzed from trajectory control. The technical characteristics of composite directional drilling technology are summarized through typical examples: strong ability and high efficiency. The application effect includes that the maximum depth of borehole in the seam reaches 1 881 m, the maximum depth of borehole in the roof strata reaches 1 026 m, the maximum depth of dealing with stuck accident reaches 1 188 m, the average mechanical drilling efficiency is increased by more than 20%, the comprehensive drilling efficiency is improved by more than 40%. The composite directional drilling technology revolutionizes the trajectory control mode and promotes the construction capability of deep borehole, ultra-deep borehole and large-diameter directional borehole in the roof strata of underground coal mine.
