泵注排量对煤储层水力压裂影响的试验研究

    Experimental Research on Effect of Pumping Displacement on Hydraulic Fracturing in Coal Reservoir

    • 摘要: 为了研究煤储层中单孔不同压裂液排量、不同压裂次数对水力压裂效果的影响机理,运用水力压裂试验装置和压裂泵,以相似材料试件为压裂对象,开展了变压裂液排量、不同压裂次数条件下的水力压裂试验。试验结果表明,压裂液泵注排量越大,破裂压力越大,破裂时间越小,水力裂缝与出水孔间的夹角越大;在进行第1次压裂时,水力裂缝形态呈椭圆状,第2次压裂时裂缝的扩展路径与试件内部缺陷、破裂面特征息息相关。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influence mechanism of different fracturing fluid displacement and different fracturing times on the effect of hydraulic fracturing in coal reservoir, hydraulic fracturing test device, fracturing pump and similar materials were used to carried out hydraulic fracturing test under the condition of different fracturing fluid displacement and different fracturing times. The experimental results show that: as fracturing fluid displacement is larger, the fracture pressure is larger, the fracture time becomes smaller and the angle between hydraulic fracture and water outlet opening is larger. The fracture morphology is elliptic after first fracturing, then the second hydraulic fracture propagation path is closely related to internal defects and the characteristics of fractured surface.
