Abstract:
In order to verify the effectiveness of the mechanism of conflict management and miners’ unsafe behavior intention, 6 production teams were respectively chosen from 3 coal mining enterprises with good operating status in Shanxi Province, and an empirical research was completed within six months. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) model was used to establish the research model, and the efficiency evaluation of research results of each period was computed to explore the effectiveness of the mechanism of conflict management on miners’ unsafe behavior intention. The results show that conflict management has a significant effect on miners’ unsafe behavior intention. According to the analysis of the returns to scale, the investment of conflict management is unstable in the 3 coal mining enterprises, and the control of communication barriers among the teams is best, the building of miners’ individual psychological expected state, individual psychological acceptance, team collaboration, business organization fairness and cultural identity of organization need to be improved and optimized. Practice shows that effective conflict management is the key to reduce miners’ unsafe behavior intention.
