基于应变软化的巷道锚固失稳分析

    Instability Analysis of Anchorage Supporting in Soft Rock Roadway Based on Strain Softening

    • 摘要: 针对西部弱胶结软岩巷道出现的喷层脱落、锚固力降低、严重底鼓等支护难题,通过在内蒙古鲁新煤矿主要运输大巷砂质泥岩地层现场取样,在实验室进行不同围压的三轴压缩试验,结果表明:泥岩的峰后应变行为具有明显软化特征,并存在残余变形阶段,更适合采用三折线型应变软化模型进行分析。通过对FLAC中的双线型应变软化模型进行fish修正实现该模型的数值应用,验证模型表明该三折线型应变软化模型更符合泥岩的变形特征,通过对泥岩巷道施工稳定性分析并借助软化度指标进行评价,表明泥岩巷道因最大软化度和软化深度不断增加,使得锚喷支护作用下围岩变形的控制效果并不明显,锚杆轴力先增加后降低失去支护作用。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problems such as spray layer falling off, decrease of anchoring force and serious floor heave which appear in the western weakly cemented soft rock roadway, we carry out field sampling in main transport roadway sandy mudstone formation of Inner Mongolia Luxin Mining Area and triaxial tests have been performed in different confining pressure. The experiment date show that the stain behavior has the obvious softening characteristic after peak strength, and there is residual deformation stage. So it is more suitable for thilinear strain softening model to analyze. By means of FLAC double linear strain softening model to carry out fish correction and to realize the numerical application of the model. The verification model shows that the thilinear strain softening model even more conforms to the deformation characteristics of mudstone. Through the analysis of construction stability of mudstone roadway and the evaluation with the help of softening degree index. It shows that the mudstone roadway under the effect of the anchoring and shotcreting support has little influence on controlling the deformation of surrounding rock because of the maximum degree of softening and the increasing of softening depth. And the bolt axial force increases and later decreases and loses support ability in the end.
