Simulation Study on Overburden Strata Failure During Regulate Inclination Mining Under Confined Aquifer

  • 摘要: 针对祁东煤矿松散承压含水层下采煤压架突水问题,结合8222工作面的地质采矿条件,对初采期调斜开采过程中的覆岩破坏特征进行了模拟。结果表明:在初采期调斜开采情况下,顶板关键层悬露形状为三角形,开采尺寸较大的区域悬露到一定程度后,首先发生破断并造成工作面局部来压,随着调斜尺寸的增加,工作面基本顶能够分区域破断,使得局部来压区域逐步向工作面中部和机尾转移,从而避免了高水压作用下采场顶班初次破断引发的大面积同时来压甚至压架问题。因此在条件允许情况下,高承压含水层下开采时可将切眼布置为伪斜状态。
    Abstract: For preventing the support crushing and water inrush accidents during mining under unconsolidated confined aquifer in Qidong Coal Mine, failure characteristics of overburden strata during initial mining period of regulate inclination mining face were studied combining with the mining conditions of 8222 working face. Results indicated that the suspended layer of the key strata is triangular in the case of regulate inclination mining during the initial mining period, and when the large size of the mining area exposing to a certain extent, first breaking of the roof occurs and causes the partial roof weighting of the working face. With the increase of the size of the face, the main roof breaks partially, which makes the local pressure behavior area gradually transfer to the middle and the tail of working face, thus avoiding the large area and fierce weighting or even the support crushing caused by the first breaking of the roof under high water pressure. Therefore, the oblique mining has a positive meaning in the prevention of support crushing.
