Failure Mechanism of Fully Mechanized Caving Roadway Along Goaf and Asymmetric Supporting Control

  • 摘要: 通过理论分析、现场实测和数值模拟相结合的方法分析了某矿窄煤柱护巷覆岩破断和运移规律,得知基本顶断裂位置在煤柱内6.5 m处,且基本顶中关键块B的回转下沉运动是巷道呈现顶板不对称变形和水平剪切错动及煤柱失稳破坏的根本原因。现场实施非对称“多锚索-槽钢-钢筋组合圈梁”关键支护系统后,回风平巷在605综放工作面采动作用影响下基本无离层现象,巷道维护状态比较稳定。
    Abstract: By the combined method of theoretical analysis, field measurement and numerical simulation, we analyze overlying rock breaking and migration laws of a mine narrow coal pillar support, we get that the basic roof fracture location within coal pillar is 6.5 m, and the rotary sinking motion of key block B of basic roof is the root cause of roof asymmetric deforamtion and horizontal shear diastrophism and coal pillar instability and failure of roadway. The implementation of asymmetric “multi anchor cables-channel steel-reinforced beam combination” key supporting system, there is no separation phenomenon for return air roadway in 605 fully mechanized working face under the influence of mining, and roadway maintenance status is relatively stable.
