神东矿区自然发火特征共性分析及防控技术

    Common Analysis of Spontaneous Combustion Characteristics and Prevention and Control Technology in Shendong Mining Area

    • 摘要: 基于燃烧学理论和神东矿区实际开采条件,在分析神东矿区厚松散层薄基岩浅埋深近距离煤层群开采特点的基础上,提出神东矿区独特的采掘部署特点,给出神东矿区不利于自然发火防控的因素,分析了神东矿区自然发火的共性特征及其之间的联系,并对自然发火的防控进行了现场实践。研究结果表明:神东矿区存在地表、联巷及煤层间漏风严重、采空区部分区域遗煤较多、疏放水后上覆采空区遗煤更易自燃、工作面存在低氧及回风隅角CO超限隐患、周边小窑威胁矿井安全生产等自然发火共性问题;综合火灾防控措施的实施解决了采空区自燃的难题。

       

      Abstract: Based on combustion theory and actual mining conditions in Shendong Mining Area, on the basis of analyzing the mining characteristics of close distance coal seam group with thick unconsolidated layers and thin bedrock shallow buried depth in Shendong Mining Area, the paper proposes the unique mining deployment characteristics of Shendong Mining Area, provides the factors that are against to the spontaneous combustion prevention and control in Shendong Mining Area, analyzes the common features of spontaneous combustion of Shendong Mining Area and its connection, and the practice of prevention and control for spontaneous combustion was carried out. The results show that the existing common problems of spontaneous combustion in Shendong Mining Area include: serious air leakage of surface, jointed lane and coal seams, much more residual coal in partial region of gob, easier spontaneous combustion after dredging and draining water in overburden gob area, working face with low oxygen and transfinite CO hidden danger at air return corner, the surrounding small coal mine threatening mine safety in production; the implementation of the comprehensive fire prevention and control measures solve the problems of goaf spontaneous combustion.
