Abstract:
In order to improve the dust-removal ability of the negative-pressure dust remover installed on the coal outlet of the hydraulic support tail beam, the combination method of theoretical analysis and computer simulation is used to optimize the negative-pressure dust remover. The objective function and the parameters to be optimized are determined, and the 3D model of the negative-pressure dust remover is built and meshed. The Fluent analysis software is used to carry out numerical simulation, and the distribution of flow pressure and velocity is gotten, then it is obtained that the optimum combination parameter of the jet flowing velocity and the ejector cylinder diameter to get best dust removal effect, which provides some theoretical basis for the optimum design scheme of negative-pressure dust remover.
