建筑垃圾膏体充填材料配比优化试验研究

    Experimental Study on Proportion Optimization of Construction Waste Paste Filling Materials

    • 摘要: 为优化建筑垃圾膏体充填材料技术参数,以建筑垃圾为骨料,粗粉煤灰基为胶结材料,采用正交试验方法分析料浆质量浓度、灰料比及细骨料所占比例对充填体的塌落度、分层度、泌水率及单轴抗压强度的影响。结果表明:灰料比对膏体塌落度和泌水率有重要影响,膏体质量浓度和灰料比是分层度、充填体抗压强度的主要影响因素;灰料比越大,膏体塌落度越大,泌水率越大;膏体质量浓度越大,分层度越小;细骨料所占比例对膏体塌落度、分层度和泌水率的影响不明显。综合考虑多种因素,最终选择灰料比为1∶2、质量浓度为76 %、细骨料所占比例为45 %为最佳配比方式。

       

      Abstract: In order to optimize the technology parameters of construction waste paste filling materials, taking construction waste as aggregate, coarse fly ash as cementing material, orthogonal test method is used to analyze the influence of slurry mass concentration, the proportion of cementing agent and recycled aggregates on slump, layering degree, exudation rate and uniaxial compressive strength of material filling body. The results show that the proportion of cementing agent and recycled aggregates has important effect on paste slump and exudation rate; paste concentration and the proportion of cementing agent and recycled aggregates are main influence factors of layering degree, filling body compressive strength; the greater the proportion of cementing agent and recycled aggregates, the greater the paste slump, the greater the exudation rate; the greater the paste concentration, the small the layering degree. The influence of fine aggregate proportion on paste slump, layering degree and exudation rate is not obvious. By comprehensive consideration, the optimal proportion way is choosing the proportion of cementing agent and recycled aggregates of 1:2, mass concentration of 76%, and fine aggregate proportion of 45% finally.
