超临界甲烷等温吸附模型对构造煤的适用性研究

    Research on Applicability of Supercritical Methane Isothermal Adsorption Model to Tectonic Coal

    • 摘要: 为探讨超临界条件下甲烷等温吸附模型对构造煤的适用性,以许疃矿为研究区采集样品,对相同煤级的5个煤样分别进行了空气干燥基和干燥无灰基甲烷等温吸附实验,以标准偏差为准分析了各模型的拟合效果。研究表明:模型对碎裂煤、片状煤甲烷超临界吸附拟合效果均较好,对揉皱煤、糜棱煤的拟合效果较差;D-R-3、D-A-1、D-A-2和D-A-3模型拟合效果较为理想,而B-BET-1、D-R-1、D-R-2和F模型拟合效果较差。模型适用的压力范围及对p0的处理、计算方法是影响超临界条件下模型适用性的重要因素。

       

      Abstract: In order to investigate the applicability of methane isothermal adsorption model to the tectonic coal under supercritical condition, selecting Xutuan Mine as the research area to collect samples, isothermal adsorption experiments were carried out for five samples of the same coal rank under air drying and dry ash free basis. The fitting results of each model is analyzed by the standard deviation. The results show that the models provide a better fitting effect to cracked coal and flake coal, while provide a worse fitting effect to wrinkly and mylonitic coal. The fitting results of D-R-3, D-A-1, D-A-2 and D-A-3 models to the tectonic coal methane supercritical adsorption are more ideal, but the fitting results of B-BET-1, D-R-1,D-R-2 and F models is poor. The pressure range of the model and the processing and calculating method of p° are the important factors which affect the applicability of the model in the super critical condition.
