气体围压条件下煤体单轴压缩破坏的电位特征研究

    Study on Electric Potential Characteristics of Coal Fracture Under Uniaxial Compression and Gas Confining Pressure

    • 摘要: 为了研究煤体在单轴加载情况下瓦斯环境对煤体电位的影响效应,搭建了氮气围压条件下煤体单轴压缩破坏观察监测系统,测试了不同围压条件下煤体单轴加载的电位变化情况,探讨了煤体加载破坏和瓦斯对电位的影响机理。实验结果表明,煤体在围压条件下加载破坏能够产生电位信号,且电位信号与应力和气体压力的变化趋势具有一定的关联性;对于同一类型煤样,随着充入氮气压力的增加,煤体应力结构改变,在煤体主破裂发生前电位信号波动幅度增加0.2 mV左右,振幅突变明显增大,电位差值从0 mV增大至2 mV左右;在煤体主破裂发生时,电位信号明显增大。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influential effect of gas environment on coal surface potential under the uniaxial loading condition, we build the coal uniaxial compression failure observation monitoring system under the nitrogen confining pressure, the surface potential of coal under different confining pressure was tested; the influence mechanism of coal loading and gas on the potential was discussed. The experimental results show that the coal in confining pressure loading can produce the surface potential signal, and the potential signal and the changes of stress and gas pressure have a certain relevance; for the same type of coal, with the increase of filling nitrogen pressure, the stress of coal structure changes. The fluctuation range of potential signal increases about 0.2 mV, the amplitude of the mutation is obvious, and the potential difference increases from 0 mV to 2 mV before the coal main rupture occurs. When the main fracture occurs, the potential signal increases obviously.
