Abstract:
In order to evaluate the unsafe behavior level of coal mine workers objectively, the evaluation index system of unsafe behavior is built from the frontline workers behavior influence factor, group leader behavior influence factor, management behavior influence factor and organizational behavior influence factor four levels. The entropy-weight combined with the extension theory is introduced to establish the model for evaluating the unsafe behavior in coal mine. This method makes the evaluation more objective and reasonable, which can be used as the basis for the construction of unsafe behavior in coal mine, and it is applied to the evaluation of the unsafe behavior in coal mine. The results show that the evaluation grade of unsafe behavior is the second level, and the unsafe behavior in coal mine is better state. It suggests that the extension theory based on entropy-weight can objectively evaluate the unsafe behavior in coal mine.
