基于Fuzzy-AHP的煤矿生产安全风险集成管理水平研究

    Research on Integrated Management Level of Coal Mine Production Safety Risk Based on Fuzzy-AHP

    • 摘要: 分析了煤矿生产安全系统构成的3个维度,建立了煤矿生产安全风险集成管理层次评价结构,运用模糊层次法(Fuzzy-AHP)对煤矿生产安全风险集成管理水平进行实证分析,并提出改善煤矿安全生产管理水平的建议。研究结果表明:该模型实现煤矿生产时间维和风险因素维在风险管理功能维度上的充分耦合,客观地分析煤矿生产不同阶段影响生产安全水平的安全风险因素,为煤矿改善生产安全管理提供了决策依据。

       

      Abstract: Three dimension of coal mine production safety system in this paper is analyzed, and integrated risk management level evaluation model of safety production in coal mine is established. Through utilizing the Fuzzy-AHP method, the empirical analysis is carried out to integrated management level of coal mine safety risk, and a feasible idea is proposed in order to improve coal mine safety management level. Research results show that the model can implement coupling of time domain and risk factors domain in risk management function domain of coal mine production. The safety production risk factors in different phases of coal mine production are analyzed completely so as to provide making-decision for coal mine production safety management.
