Abstract:
In order to study the occurrence laws of a local coal mine accidents in Shanxi province, using SPSS software and the method of mathematical statistic, 94 coal mine accidents were analyzed from the following dimensions: the level of accidents, the degree of damage, the types of accidents and casualties, age, working years and time of accidents. The results showed that roof accidents, mechanical and electrical accidents and transportation accidents are the key point of coal mine production safety work; the number of casualties who are under the age of 45 and having one to ten years of service is the highest; accidents in June, July, August and September of every year and 0:00 to 0:59, 1:00 to 1:59, 16:00 to 16:59 of every day happen more frequently. By analyzing the reasons, it is concluded that the coal mine needs to strengthen the management of the general accidents, increase the prevention of the roof accidents, mechanical and electrical accidents and transportation accidents based on its actual production safety, reinforce the safety supervision for specific groups and specific time, conducting regular training to employees.
