Abstract:
When the information of whole coal mine distribution network is uploaded together to the regional control center of ground centralized intelligent substation, it makes the communication network can not meet the requirement of high reliability and low delay and it is also a challenge for the data storage capacity, database management ability and operational capability of centralized protection control device. Therefore, the distributed busbar protection scheme is discussed about underground intelligent substation based on IEC 61850. Due to the synchronization requirement of the distributed busbar protection to the sampling value of each sub unit is much higher than that of the conventional substation, it is designed that the “two layers one network” architecture of underground intelligent substation underground and the IEEE 1588 time synchronization scheme is analyzed based on this architecture. In order to achieve the network protection function and simplify the complexity of protection, it is studied that the sampling value and GOOSE information transmission logic of distributed busbar protection.
