Abstract: The mobile rig with full-hydraulic power head can meet the construction demand of vertical well, horizontal butt well, pinnate branch well, and it is the ideal rig type for the surface extraction drilling construction of coal seam gas. ZMK5530TZJ60 mobile rig is developed for drilling construction for surface extraction of coal seam gas, and has the drilling capacity of 1 200 m. It is introduced that the design character of main actuators including the power head and feeding device, as well as the construction practice of distal butted well in Jincheng Sihe Mining Area in Shanxi province.
