Abstract: According to the update requirements of support equipment in old mines of Yangquan Coal Group, the new fixed structure of column under external pressure is adopted to design ZFY7800/17/32D type two-leg top coal caving hydraulic power support. Some optimizations for the bottom lifting mechanism realize the compact structure and enhance the support performance and reduce the weight.
