矿用混合式空冷器的热工计算

    Thermodynamic Calculation for Mine-used Mixed Type Air Cooler

    • 摘要: 研制了一种新型的矿用混合式空冷器,装置由喷淋装置和表面式空冷器组合而成。喷淋装置的喷淋水可采用天然冷源,一方面可承担一部分的矿井降温冷负荷,另一方面冲刷了表面式空冷器表面的大量污垢,提高了表面式空冷器的传热系数。表面式空冷器的冷冻水来自人工冷源,承担另一部分的矿井降温冷负荷。对提出的新型矿用混合式空冷器给出热工计算的设计方法,并进行了实例计算,热工计算结果表明:矿用混合式空冷器能较好地应用于矿井降温系统,与传统空冷器相比,可节约一部分的矿井降温能耗。提出的新型矿用混合式空冷器,可有效满足粉尘浓度大、降温负荷大的矿井降温系统的需要,并且能耗较低。

       

      Abstract: A new mine-used mixed type air cooler is developed. The system consists of spraying device and surface type air cooler. The spray water of spraying device adopts natural cold source. On the one hand, it can bear a part of cooling load for mine cooling; on the other hand, it washes a lot of dirt from the surface type air cooler's surface, so as to improve the heat transfer coefficient of the surface type air cooler. The chilled water of the surface type air cooler is derived from the artificial cold source, and bears the other part of cooling load for mine cooling. Thermodynamic calculation method for the proposed new mine-used mixed type air cooler is proposed. The results of thermodynamic calculation show that mine-used mixed type air cooler can be well applied in mine cooling. Compared with the traditional air cooler, it can save a lot of energy consumption for mine cooling. The new mine-used mixed type air cooler, proposed in this paper, can effectively meet the needs of cooling system in mine, which has high concentration dust and high cooling load. What's more, it can lower energy consumption.
