Abstract: This paper demonstrates the characteristics of chemical oxygen self-rescuer and compressed oxygen self-rescuer; and discusses protection performance and engages characteristics of isolated type chemical oxygen self-rescuer and compressed oxygen self-rescuer, analyzes the standards of MT 425—1995 isolated type chemical oxygen self-rescuer. The paper has an interpretation of GB 24502—2009 mine-used chemical oxygen self-rescuer standards, which provides assistance for better understanding and implementing the new standards.
